Ben Shamash
Principal
Ben has several years of Mergers & Acquisitions experience, having worked in the industrials team of Baird, a global investment bank in London. During his time with Baird, Ben advised CEOs, CFOs and worked closely with other professional advisors in six completed middle market transactions, valued at over £300 million.

Ben grew up in a family business environment; his father and uncle turned around and grew a manufacturing company over a period of 15 years. Through his diverse experiences, Ben has gained an understanding of the many strategic, operational, and financial challenges faced by middle market businesses and their owners.

Ben earned an MBA from the Harvard Business School and graduated from the University of Edinburgh with an MA in Economics and Mathematics.

He is a keen golfer and reached the final of the Scottish Amateur Championship a few years ago. In addition to golf, Ben has also represented Scotland at bridge.
